Sales Executive

Location: West Yorkshire
Basic Salary: £30,000
OTE: £65,000+
Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday, with one in four weekends off.

The Opportunity

An established housebuilder is looking for a Sales Executive to join its team on a new development in Elland.

Working as part of a double-manned sales team, you will guide purchasers through the complete homebuying journey, from initial enquiry and reservation through to legal completion. This is an opportunity for a customer-focused sales professional to join a business offering strong earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries, qualify prospective purchasers and conduct property viewings.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a professional purchasing experience.
• Convert enquiries into reservations and work towards development sales targets.
• Progress sales through exchange and completion, liaising with solicitors, financial advisers and estate agents.
• Promote available purchasing schemes, options and extras.
• Work closely with the site team to keep purchasers informed of progress.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard.
• Monitor local market conditions and competitor activity.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in New Homes sales or residential property sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A customer-focused approach and confidence managing the buying journey.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a sales team.
• A proactive approach to achieving targets and resolving transaction delays.
• Willingness to work weekends in line with the development’s rota.

Salary & Benefits

• £30,000 basic salary.
• OTE of £65,000+.
