Founded in 2018 by recruitment specialist Richard Luffman, our dedicated team combine over 50 years of industry experience with strong market knowledge to offer honest, professional advice to clients and candidates alike.
MEET THE TEAM
Richard Luffman
Managing Director
Richard founded Foresite Recruitment in 2018 and has worked in the industry for over 15 years.
As managing director, Richard oversees the running of the business as well as managing the New Homes Sales team, and still enjoys getting involved in a hands-on sales role.
In his spare time, Richard manages Cribbs Football Club of the Southern League, and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son.
Rachel Luffman
Business Development Director
Rachel joined Foresite Recruitment as an experienced new homes sales negotiator. Rachel is conscientious, driven and attentive and an important part of the Foresite team.
In her spare time Rachel is a gym fanatic, and a fantastic mother to her lovely son.
Jo Howard
Operations Manager
Jo joined us as our Operations Manager in 2021 to oversee the HR and Finance and to support the Directors in the operational running of the business.
Jo has proved to be an integral member of the team and a real coup for our ever growing business. After spending five years in the casino industry where she was a vital cog in her previous business as the lead admin function we managed to tempt her to Foresite.
Jo is CIPD level 5 qualified in HR, Mother to her lovely son and has a Labrador called Ruby. Jo and her Husband are massive petrol heads and love F1, Lewis Hamilton is her favourite driver of all time.
Michelle Stokes
Associate Regional Recruitment Director
Michelle has over 25 years New Homes property experience and joined us in 2020 to continue her success working for developers across the South.
In her spare time, Michelle will often be found spending time renovating her house in Dorset and loves spending time in the New Forest.
Declan Cleft
Regional Construction Recruitment Manager
We managed to attract Dec to our business after many months of persuasion. In his previous company, Dec was actually hired by Costa & Richard before they set up Foresite Recruitment, and he went on to be a fantastic consultant as he is now with our team.
Like many other at the company, Dec is a very good football player and plies his trade in the Wessex League.
Siobhan Kerrigan
Regional Recruitment Perms Manager
Siobhan has joined Foresite Recruitment bringing with her over 6 years of Recruitment experience from various industries. Now working the South West and Wales, she is determined to apply her skills and build her reputation in the area.
An avid country music fan, Siobhan was lucky enough to work remotely from North Carolina for 2 years. An experience she truly cherished! Now based in rainy Wales, she loves spending time with her Army Husband when he's home and spending time with Friends and Family
Karen Charlesworth
Senior Resourcer for Temporary Recruitment
Karen joined the business in October 2022 after a career in hospitality and then recruitment. Karen has over 10 years’ experience in the industry and absolutely loves speaking to candidates.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, travelling to unique places, and attending the games and training in sports the family is involved in – Football, Hockey. Her favourite downtime activity is Gin …. No more needs to be said!
Rory Osborn
Senior Regional Recruitment Manager
Rory joined us after spending 6 years in the Armed Forces, the latter part of that was spent recruiting new soldiers to the army.
To say that he has experienced many things in his life would be an understatement, but the most interesting we feel is the fact that he’s written a book which can be purchased online.
Connor Jobson
Regional Recruitment Consultant
Connor is another Welsh employee who joined us from Parkdean Resorts where he spent 8 years previously working his way up from a Receptionist to a Experience manager.
Connor interestingly has a Cocktail named after him in Aberystwyth, and he has 2 children and getting married in 2025. His area of expertise is in New Homes in the South West & Wales.
Ade Adeyemi
Temporary Recruitment Consultant
Ade joined our business in early 2023 to work on our temporary side of the business, his background is within the Hospitality sector but transferred over to Recruitment in 2020 and has built up a brilliant reputation locally.
Ade is a family man who prioritises his children and is a massive Liverpool fan.
Courtney Healy
Recruitment Resourcer
Courtney joined the business in 2023 as our newest Resourcer. Outgoing, bubbly and confident, Courtney instantly clicks with anyone she speaks to. With a history in the care sector, her people skills are a big asset.
Afterwork, Benny is the centre of Courtney's universe - her beloved Cavapoo. Come the weekend, her evenings are spent out with friends and socialising, enjoying music and the odd holiday.
