Salary: £28,025 Pro Rata
OTE: £12,000+ Pro Rata
Car Allowance: £1,500 Pro Rata + Mileage
Working Pattern: Part-Time | Weekend Working Required (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join a well-established and highly regarded housebuilder operating across the Scarborough region.
This role would suit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor or Estate Agency professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The developments attract a higher-end customer base, making strong communication skills, attention to detail, and relationship management essential.

The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion while proactively generating sales opportunities and maintaining strong local relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to completion
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
• Building relationships with local estate agents, solicitors, and financial advisors
• Generating leads and driving traffic to developments
• Conducting viewings and presenting properties to prospective purchasers
• Managing and progressing sales pipelines effectively
• Promoting optional extras and upgrades
• Supporting customers through complex chain transactions where required
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems
• Working closely with the wider sales and construction teams
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Previous New Homes Sales experience or a strong Estate Agency background
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Experience generating leads and developing local business relationships
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales activity
• The ability to work independently and effectively manage quieter developments
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A professional and polished approach suited to a higher-end customer demographic
Developments
The business operates a range of developments consisting of approximately 45–200 units, offering a mixture of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes.
This role would suit somebody who enjoys taking ownership of their development, building local networks, and creating opportunities through proactive sales activity.
Package & Benefits
• £28,025 basic salary (pro rata)
• Approximate commission pot of £12,000 per development (pro rata)
• Commission shared across developments to ensure fairness across quieter sites
• 50% commission paid on exchange and 50% on legal completion
• Quarterly bonus of £1,000 (pro rata)
• Annual KPI bonus of £2,000 (pro rata)
• 2.5% commission on extras and upgrades
• £1,500 annual car allowance (pro rata)
• 45p per mile mileage reimbursement
• Additional solicitor and financial advisor referral incentives
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)
