Office Manager (Sales) – Cambridge, £38,000 + Bonus

The Role:
An experienced and organised Office Manager supporting a busy Residential Sales Department, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office. The role involves coordinating administrative processes, supporting sales negotiators, managing client and property information, arranging appointments and viewings, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales progression from reservation through to legal completion, including liaising with solicitors and collating legal documents as requested, ensuring all targets are achieved.
  • Training and coach staff within the department and ensure they are aware of sales department responsibilities/duties, their work is to a high standard and delivered by the required timeframes
  • Ensuring adequate cover is provided in the sales office, managing sales office holidays and ensure staff have knowledge of each other’s roles to cover for absences
  • To ensure all sales systems are kept up to date and all sales reports are produced accurately and on time

Requirements:

  • Administrative experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt communication to suit different clients.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT applications.
