Our 5* Client in West Sussex is looking to bring in a experienced new residential Site Manager to join their team.

  • Oversee daily operations of the development, providing clear guidance to construction site workers regarding their duties and objectives.
  • Administer and enforce health and safety protocols in close collaboration with Bellway Health and Safety Managers, ensuring full compliance with all health and safety standards.
  • Inspire, support, and manage site personnel directly, offering toolbox talks, training, coaching, and assistance as needed to enhance performance.
  • Always maintain site presentation to the required standards.
  • Execute all production requirements strictly according to relevant technical and planning documents and any additional instructions that may arise.
  • Fully comply with building regulations and warranty providers’ standards (NHBC, LABC Services).
  • Ensure accurate production and progress reports are updated and submitted to the Construction Manager and/or Construction Director as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive site records, including Site Managers’ reports, labor needs, equipment, materials, site inductions, and health and safety documentation.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure any remedial work is completed before each NHBC key stage inspection.

Requirements

  • HBC Award
  • Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level (or equivalent).
  • Valid SMSTS certificate
  • Valid First Aid certificate
  • Driving license
