Working Pattern: Thursday to Monday, 10:00am–5:00pm

The Opportunity
An established national housebuilder is looking to appoint two Sales Advisors for upcoming opportunities in Stirling.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing the complete new homes sales journey, from initial enquiry and reservation through to the conclusion of missives and completion.
Experienced New Homes Sales Advisors are preferred; however, trainee candidates with strong sales, property or customer service backgrounds may also be considered.
The business would consider appointing successful candidates ahead of the developments being ready and temporarily placing them at another nearby site. A retained payment may be considered for an experienced candidate joining before their permanent development launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet prospective purchasers, identify their requirements and recommend suitable homes.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional experience throughout the homebuying journey.
- Conduct development tours, property viewings and show home demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry and reservation through to missives and legal completion.
- Generate, manage and proactively follow up sales leads.
- Work towards individual and development sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and internal departments.
- Ensure reservations progress efficiently, with the business aiming to conclude missives within six weeks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.
- Complete all required sales administration, compliance checks and reporting.
- Promote and sell optional upgrades and Finishing Touches.
- Support new development launches and promotional events.
- Maintain the presentation of the sales office, show homes and surrounding development.
- Collect customer feedback and encourage completion of HBF customer satisfaction surveys.
- Work collaboratively with the Field Sales Manager and head-office support teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous New Homes Sales experience is preferred.
- Trainee candidates with relevant sales, property or customer service experience may be considered.
- A confident, professional and customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven, target-focused and motivated by achieving results.
- Excellent organisation and sales administration skills.
- Able to manage multiple customers and transactions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider regional sales team.
- Flexible and willing to provide temporary support at other nearby developments when required.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
- Able to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends.
Salary and Benefits
- Basic salary of £26,000–£30,000, depending on experience.
- Expected OTE of approximately £55,000.
- Additional payment of £500 for every plot sold above target.
- Excellent earning potential for Sales Advisors who exceed their targets.
- 2.5% commission on Finishing Touches sales.
- £60 for each positive HBF customer survey response.
- Mileage paid at HMRC-approved rates, with the first 10 miles of each journey deducted.
- 25 days’ annual leave plus eight bank holidays.
- Christmas shutdown.

Additional Working Arrangements
Sales teams generally work Monday to Friday from the office throughout December, providing some seasonal flexibility away from the usual weekend working pattern. A similar arrangement may occasionally operate during June, depending on sales volumes and business requirements.
