  • Salary of £25,000, depending on experience.
  • Tuesday/ Wednesdays Off
  • 10am – 5:30pm
  • Fuel paid Allowance paid

The Role –

Our client is a respected national homebuilder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes and providing excellent customer service.

They believe in building homes safely, in a way which is considerate to the environment and delighting our customers with a product and experience which recognises that buying a new home is a significant lifetime purchase.

They are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor reporting to the Sales Manager.

Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the primary contact for potential and actual customers having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

Requirements –

  • A successful track record in new homes sales
  • A minimum of 12 months experience, in this role or selling New Homes within the estate Agency sector.
  • IT proficient, especially a sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • This will be a fast paced sales environment, where 5* customer service is essential.
