The Role –
Our 5* client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator in the Birmingham area. This role will be managing a handful of the divisions largest and busiest developments, so you will be expected to work closely with management on escalated complaints and manage a high volume of calls and emails from customers on an array of queries and issues.
The role will include:
- Liaise with all customers and sub-contractors, site managers, etc. to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all queries
- Overseeing and Managing the biggest development in the division.
- Ensure all materials and labour required are available prior to starting any work
- Ensure the customer care / after sales image by personally contacting customers after legal completion to ensure the customer is happy
- Produce all relevant documentation relating to customer care accurately and in a timely manner
- Manging a handful of developments alongside the other coordinators
Requirements
- They will be passionate about providing the highest customer care, and be an excellent team player, with excellent communication skills
- Experience from a housebuilder background would be desired.
