Salary: Up to £40k DOE
OTE: £60k 
Mileage: Paid for travel between sites

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced and motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join a prestigious developer based in East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales professional to represent a reputable company known for delivering high-quality new homes across the region.

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage the sales process from initial inquiry through to exchange of contracts, ensuring that every client receives expert guidance and support throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and build relationships with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on the homes and developments.
  • Conduct property viewings, offer professional advice, and answer queries throughout the buying process.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring smooth transitions from inquiry to reservation and contract exchange.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the developments, product specifications, and pricing to provide accurate and informed responses to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the development.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring buyers have a positive experience throughout their purchasing journey.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, promoting its strong reputation and values.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Mature and senior-level candidate with proven experience in new homes sales.
  • A strong track record in a similar sales role, with a passion for the new homes sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as within a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
