The Opportunity

A growing property and housebuilding group is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to deliver marketing campaigns, support new development launches and strengthen customer engagement.

The role will focus primarily on new homes, with additional marketing and communications support for the wider group. With four developments expected to launch over the next 12 months, there is plenty of opportunity to shape campaigns and make a visible contribution to the business.

Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, in-house design colleagues and external agencies, you will combine planning with practical delivery – from writing customer emails and preparing newsletters to coordinating photography, managing budgets and reporting on campaign results.

The role would suit an established marketing professional who enjoys being involved in delivery, or a strong Marketing Coordinator ready to take on broader responsibility. Candidates from retail and other consumer-facing sectors will also be considered.
