The Role –

The Accounts Assistant position demands precision and efficiency, along with a commitment to maintaining up-to-date financial transactions. This role is pivotal within the regional finance team, aiding the Finance Manager in the smooth execution of daily finance department tasks. Additionally, the Accounts Assistant ensures timely and precise provision of information to internal departments and Head Office finance during the monthly reporting cycle.

Daily tasks- 

  • ​​​​​​​Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Month end
  • Payroll
  • Reconciliations

Requirements –

  • Experience of preparing financial reports and reconciliation work.
  • AAT Qualified or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience of working with multiple ledgers including general ledger, purchase ledger, sales and payroll.
  • Working part of a team.
