Founded in 2018 by recruitment specialist Richard Luffman, our dedicated team combine over 50 years of industry experience with strong market knowledge to offer honest, professional advice to clients and candidates alike.
MEET THE TEAM
Richard Luffman
Managing Director
Richard founded Foresite Recruitment in 2018 and has worked in the industry for over 15 years.
As managing director, Richard oversees the running of the business as well as managing the New Homes Sales team, and still enjoys getting involved in a hands-on sales role.
In his spare time, Richard manages Taunton Town of the Southern League Premier, and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and sons.
Rachel Luffman
Business Development Director
Rachel joined Foresite Recruitment as an experienced new homes sales negotiator. Rachel is conscientious, driven and attentive and an important part of the Foresite team.
In her spare time Rachel is a gym fanatic, and a fantastic mother to her lovely son.
Rory Osborn
Associate Regional Recruitment Director
Rory has returned to Foresite Recruitment as an Associate Regional Recruitment Director after trying a brand new venture. Rory completed an amazing 3 years with us previously and was the 22/23 top biller for the business.
Before joining Foresite, Rory was in the Army, working in the Royal Horse Artillery. He now enjoys introducing his two daughters to his hobbies, taking them horse riding and hiking in nature, looking for big cats.
Karen Charlesworth
Senior Resourcer for Temporary Recruitment
Karen joined the business in October 2022 after a career in hospitality and then recruitment. Karen has over 10 years’ experience in the industry and absolutely loves speaking to candidates.
In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her two children and husband, travelling to unique places, and attending the games and training in sports the family is involved in – Football, Hockey. Her favourite downtime activity is Gin …. No more needs to be said!
Siobhan Kerrigan
Regional Recruitment Perms Manager
Siobhan has joined Foresite Recruitment bringing with her over 6 years of Recruitment experience from various industries. Now working the South West and Wales, she is determined to apply her skills and build her reputation in the area.
An avid country music fan, Siobhan was lucky enough to work remotely from North Carolina for 2 years. An experience she truly cherished! Now based in rainy Wales, she loves spending time with her Army Husband when he's home and spending time with Friends and Family
Connor Jobson
Regional Recruitment Manager
Connor is another Welsh employee who joined us from Parkdean Resorts where he spent 8 years previously working his way up from a Receptionist to a Experience manager.
Connor interestingly has a Cocktail named after him in Aberystwyth, and he has 2 children and getting married in 2025. His area of expertise is in New Homes in the South West & Wales.
Alex Chapman
Regional Recruitment Consultant
Alex joined the business in January 2024 and brings with him recruitment experience to elevate the business. Working alongside Michelle Stokes, they have become the dream team for the New Homes Southern region.
Originally from Stoke, Alex found himself in Wales after meeting his girlfriend in University where he studied for a Business Degree. Even though he's an excellent player, you'll never find him on a golf course.
Curtis Phillips
Senior Regional Recruitment Manager
Curtis joins the business with previous recruitment experience. Aiming high with goals and aspirations, he's like a duck to water with recruitment and we're looking forward to seeing what his future holds with the business.
A budding body builder, Curtis spends his time outside work focusing on food and going to the gym.
Lucy Wainwright
Associate Regional Recruitment Director
Lucy Wainwright
Lucy joined Foresite in 2025 after previously working with Richard Luffman our MD back in 2016. Lucy is an Associate Director with our business covering our northern region for both New Homes Sales and Customer Care.
Previously Lucy has been a director at other recruiters as well working in property.
Ryan Evans
Regional Recruitment Consultant
Ryan comes to Foresite Recruitment with a wealth of knowledge in the Recruitment Industry. His passion and drive encouraged us to bring him into the business to work alongside Rory to build our newest area - Customer Care.
Ryan is a United Football Fan (some will frown) and enjoys going to watch them at Old Trafford. Let hope their misfortunes turn soon!
Demi Lee Powell
Regional Recruitment Consultant
Demi is our newest member to our Temporary team, joining us with experience in Healthcare recruitment. Not one to shy away from a challenge, we have great confidence in her ability to work within the team and increase its revenue.
Demi enjoys spending her weekend with her family and little girl. You might even see her singing in a rock band near you soon!

Sophie joined Foresite in 2025 and has been nothing short of a revelation with the business.
Sophie covers the south coast for New Homes Sales professionals and her previous extensive experience in this field enables her to fully understand the positions she recruits.

Regional Temporary Recruitment Manager
Carla O’Keefe
Carla joined Foresite in 2024 to grow our temporary division, which she most certainly has. Carla has previously worked for a large agency managing their temp operations in south wales.
