Location: West Lothian
Salary: £27,500 – £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000+)
Working Days: Thursday – Monday
Hours: 10:00am – 5:30pm
About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing housebuilder who is looking to appoint a Sales Executive to join a flagship residential development in West Lothian.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-driven business with a strong land pipeline and long-term plans for growth. The development offers a range of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes, with values typically ranging from £300,000 to £500,000+.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion, delivering a professional and customer-focused experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all sales enquiries and conduct viewings
• Guide purchasers through the full buying process from reservation to completion
• Work closely with Site Management and Head Office teams to ensure build and sales progress align
• Liaise with solicitors, IFAs and estate agents to ensure smooth progression
• Maximise revenue through the sale of options and upgrades
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up all visitors
• Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
This is a single-manned position, so strong organisation and self-motivation are key.
About You
- Previous experience in new homes sales is essential
• Confident selling mid to high-value homes
• Strong understanding of the legal sales process
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Professional, personable and customer-focused
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary £27,500 – £30,000 (DOE)
• £450 per plot commission
• Uncapped 5% commission on extras
• Additional quarterly and annual bonus opportunities
• OTE £45,000+
