Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire (DL7)
Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic + Car Allowance
OTE: £50,000+ Uncapped
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday, 9:30am – 5:00pm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a well-established and highly regarded housebuilder on a beautiful development in North Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused sales professional to take ownership of a development, managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to legal completion and handover.
With further developments planned within the region, this role offers genuine long-term career prospects within a growing business.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing all sales activity on the development
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to completion
• Conducting development and show home tours
• Generating and following up sales leads
• Securing reservations and progressing sales through to legal completion
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales reports
• Monitoring local market activity and competitor developments
• Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard
• Achieving sales targets and maximising revenue opportunities through upgrades and inspirations
The Person
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:
- Previous New Homes Sales experience
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and administration abilities
• Experience managing the full sales process
• A professional and customer-focused approach
• The ability to work independently and manage a development effectively
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Package & Benefits
- Basic salary up to £30,000 DOE
• Additional Car allowance
• Uncapped commission structure with expected earnings of approximately £12,000 per annum
• Opportunity to earn an additional £8,000 through quarterly performance and customer satisfaction incentives
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile to and from work
