 The Role –

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Support role in their office which is located in the centre of Birmingham. This role will be a part time contract and it will be working closely with the Director who heads up all customer service. It would be a fantastic role for someone who has worked in the new build sales or customer service sector.

The role will include:

  • Liaise with all customers and sub-contractors, site managers, etc. to establish an excellent after sales/maintenance response to all queries
  • Overseeing and managing a number of sites with a number of plots in warranty
  • Working to support the Directors on Administrative duties
  • Ensure the customer care / after sales image by personally contacting customers after legal completion to ensure the customer is happy
  • Produce all relevant documentation relating to customer care accurately and in a timely manner
  • Management of the inhouse CRM system

Requirements 

  • They will be passionate about providing the highest level of administrative duties and customer care with customers, be an excellent team player and have excellent communication skills to work with people at all levels.
  • Experience from a housebuilder background would be essential – sales, customer care or admin would be deemed desirable.
