The Role –
Our 5* client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales in the Essex area. The ideal candidate for this role will live in Colchester, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds or Cambridge.
The role will include:
- Managing 4/5 high end, high volume developments with excellent pipeline.
- Managing and coaching an elite sales team, driving revenue and coaching team for success.
- Embodying our Core values.
Requirements
- They will be passionate about providing the highest customer care, and be an excellent team player, with excellent communication skills..
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Financial awareness.
- Knowledge of NHBC/LABC procedures.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
