The Role:
As a Sales Manager you are one of the most important people within the sales department. Our client is looking for someone who has current New Homes Sales Management experience, ideally around the London area. In this role, you will manage a team of three sales reps and report in to the Sales Director on a weekly basis. You will deliver training and coach your sales reps on a weekly basis and ensure the development is presented to the highest standard and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the sales function on each project, ensuring delivery of agreed sales values, rates and budgets.
  • Continually review and refine sales strategies and product presentation to maximise sales performance while maintaining the corporate brand.
  • Carry out regular site visits to motivate sales teams and monitor standards, performance and compliance.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and presentations to the senior management team as required.
  • Undertake overseas exhibitions where appropriate, managing selling agents and liaising with solicitors throughout the process.
  • Conduct detailed market research on new land opportunities and advise on achievable sales values and rates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the property or property development sector.
  • Strong understanding of the legal aspects of the sales process and progression.
  • Able to apply market insight and operational knowledge to support sales performance and customer outcomes.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a consistently positive and professional approach.
  • Commercially focused, with a strong commitment to quality, profitability and value creation.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to respond effectively to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Credible and confident when engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
