New Homes Sales Advisor- Shaftesbury- up to £26,000 with £45,000 OTE

We are currently working with a client who is looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their successful and growing team.

They are a national house builder with a local approach to building new homes. They expect a lot from their sales, office and site teams, as they build quickly and efficiently. It’s never a dull day on their projects and in turn they reward you for your commitment and hard work and recognise your contribution to the team.

As a Sales Advisor on one of their housing projects you are the company ambassador for all customers. You will report to the Sales Manager. They will support you and develop you in the way the company operates, enabling you to work within their sales process and deliver for the region year after year. They will give you clear objectives. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your style, organised with a consistent approach to customer care.

  • The required person must have sound experience in new homes sales.
  • Good organisational skills and an appreciation of the whole sales process.
  • Professionals who can operate alone on site and who can work between Thursday to Monday.
  • A competitive basic salary of up to £26,000 is offered.
  • With a benefits package including a pension, life insurance and commission
  • Thursday to Monday plus one weekend off a month

You will be responsible for :-

  • You will be the main point of contact for purchasers, and all other internal and external interested parties from first contact through to the completion of the house sale.
  • Ownership of the development, all aspects of presentation and the entire purchasing process.
  • Promote and provide the use of company recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers to achieve purchasing deadlines.
  • Ensure all administrative and reporting requirements are met according to company policies and agreed time frames.
  • Ensure that market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and other marketing events are undertaken proactively to provide the correct pipeline to fulfil agreed sales targets.
  • Proactively search for target customers and create appointments. Follow up leads to ensure that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required.
  • Undertake inspections and introduce the customer to their new home, ensure familiarisation, and ensure the ‘after care’ of those customers at defined intervals following their move-in date.
  • Ensure the health & safety of customers, colleagues and other parties whilst on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy.
