 The Role –

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor in the Reading area. The ideal candidate for this role will live in Reading or any surrounding area!

The role will include:

  • Overseeing an exciting development with pipeline ready for you to take over!
  • Ensuring marketing suite and show homes are presentable at all times.
  • Creating and following up on all leads to push revenue.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements 

  • They will be passionate about providing the highest customer care, and be an excellent team player, with excellent communication skills..
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Financial awareness.
  • Knowledge of NHBC/LABC procedures.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
