New Homes Sales Advisor- OTE £70,000
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Advisor to be the face of our client’s new homes development. If you have previous experience in New Homes Sales and enjoy guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will welcome prospective and existing buyers, present property options, and support them through every stage of the buying journey. You’ll ensure the developments are showcased to the highest standards whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with all prospective and existing customers.
- Guide buyers through property specifications and the full purchasing process.
- Maintain a professional, well-presented development at all times.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Take ownership of the development, from presentation through to successful sales completion.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in New Homes Sales.
- Strong organisational skills and an understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for your workload.
- Resilience to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different customers.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends when required.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A good understanding of sales psychology and the ability to clearly explain product information.
