The Role –

Our client is a respected national homebuilder with an established reputation for building outstanding quality family homes and providing excellent customer service.

They believe in building homes safely, in a way which is considerate to the environment and delighting our customers with a product and experience which recognises that buying a new home is a significant lifetime purchase.

They are looking to recruit a Sales Advisor for one of several sites in Kent as they are currently going through the process of expanding their division.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking for long-term progression and career development as it is something that this division prides itself on doing.

Your role is primarily to manage the day-to-day sales function on a development and be the primary contact for potential and actual customers having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.

Requirements –

• A successful track record in sales
• Ideally, one+ years in estate agency/New Homes or a similar role
• IT proficient, especially a sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• This will be a fast-paced sales environment, where 5* customer service is essential.

• Passionate for delivering first-class customer service.
