The Role –  

  • You must have a career background within the New Homes sector and have an understanding of the House Building industry with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a warm likeable personality.
  • You should be able to successfully promote the business and develop strong working relationships with potential new clients, as well as manage existing ones of the business.
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • You should be a team player but also able to work independently.
  • You should be comfortable with sales targets and able to demonstrate how you have been able to meet and exceed these in previous roles.
  • You would be expected to be in the office several times a week, whilst the rest of the time will be spent on the road at our clients offices or development sites.

Requirements –

  • You need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a warm likeable personality.
