Marketing Executive – £30k to £33k – Maidenhead
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering successful marketing campaigns for our growing portfolio of developments. Based in our Taplow office, you will work closely with the sales team and external partners to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Management
- Develop, execute, and monitor marketing strategies for residential developments.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns, including online, print, and events.
- Manage the marketing timeline for each development, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Content Creation
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and signage.
- Generate engaging content for digital platforms, including website updates, email campaigns, and social media.
- Digital Marketing
- Optimise online advertising through Google Ads, social media, and property portals.
- Analyse website traffic and campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Budget Management
- Manage marketing budgets for each site, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Track expenditure and report on ROI for all marketing activities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with external agencies, including photographers, designers, and media buyers.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Coordinate launch events, show home openings, and promotional activities.
- Market Research
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
