Maintenance Technician – £38,000 + Package – Tamworth/Nuneaton Areas

 The Role –

One of our clients – a national housebuilder – has an opportunity for a Multi Trade Technician in the Midlands. The role will be to cover 3 live developments across the division’s patch doing all snagging and maintenance issues in customers homes.

The role will include:

• Attend all appointments on time and ensure that your materials required are sourced prior to the appointment.
• Ensure that any instructed remedial work is completed properly, efficiently, cleanly and with appropriate consideration for the homeowner.
• Communicate with customers with regards to the outcome of any inspections or maintenance completed and answer any questions.
• Common works include paving flags, filling and painting, bathroom sealant and replacing cracked tiles.
• Joinery works which include removal/installation of vanity units, changing bath panels, hanging external/internal doors, fitting kitchen units and installing skirting boards.
• Log completed maintenance works on the the database and report back on what follow up works are required, and ensuring full description and photographs are provided.

Requirements 

• Ideal experience working in New Build Maintenance/Aftercare.
• Must have valid driving licence and willing to travel.
• Has to be an all round multi-trader.
