Job Title: Field Sales Executive – New Homes
Location: South/West Yorkshire
Package: Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Are you a confident, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for property? We’re seeking a Field Sales Executive to represent our client’s new homes developments across West and South Yorkshire. If you have experience in New Homes Sales or property sales and enjoy helping customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our client’s developments, welcoming prospective and existing buyers, showcasing properties, and guiding them through every step of the buying journey. You’ll ensure each development is presented to the highest standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with all prospective and existing buyers.
- Guide customers through property options, specifications, and the full purchasing process.
- Maintain a professional, well-presented development at all times.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Take ownership of your development, ensuring smooth operations from presentation to successful sales completion.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in New Homes Sales or property sales.
- Strong organisational skills with a full understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Resilience under pressure and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, adaptable to a range of customers.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
- A solid understanding of sales psychology and the ability to clearly explain property information.
