You will work closely with potential buyers conducting viewings and tying up deals, liaising with buyers and solicitors alike. You must be positive, professional and vibrant, have lots of energy for life and are driven to meet targets, whilst offering an excellent customer service experience
- Previous New Homes experience is essential ideally 12 months plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Accurate, numerate and computer literate
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
- You must have a full UK driving licence and own car
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Able to motivate others to achieve their targets
- You must be well presented and well spoken with a clear understanding of the customer journey to exceed customer expectations and achieve targets.
- You must be passionate and driven and have a full understanding of the job role.
