Customer Liaison Manager – Glasgow – £37k—42k + Car Allowance

 The Role –

Our 5* client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced New-Build Customer Liaison Manager in the West Scotland area. The ideal candidate for this role will already be in a similar position of employment or someone looking to step up from a coordinator position.

The role will include:

• Experience in a customer service role in Construction
• Polite, professional and an excellent communicator.
• Open to a challenge, change and strives for continual improvement.
• Knowledge of the homebuilding industry desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
• A natural in building and fostering internal and external relationships.
• Attention to detail, a passion for excellence and the ability to work independently and make key decisions.

Requirements 

• They will be passionate about providing the highest customer care, and be an excellent team player, with excellent communication skills..
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Financial awareness.
• Knowledge of NHBC/LABC procedures.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
