Customer Care Technician – £42,500 + Package – Essex based

 The Role –

One of our clients – a bespoke housebuilder – has an opportunity for a Multi Trade Technician in the Essex county. The role will be to cover 5 developments across the county doing all snagging and maintenance issues in customers homes.

The role will include:

• Doing remedial works in customers homes – grouting, plastering, painting, carpentry.
• Covering a handful of sites across the county.
• Greeting customers and giving an exceptional customer service, upholding the reputation for the company.
• The candidate does NOT need experience in New Build.

Requirements 

• Ideal experience working in occupied properties.
• Must have valid driving licence.
• All round multi-trader preferably from a carpentry background but this is not essential.
